Refund policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying KINORA.  If you are not satisfied with your first order, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

For first-time purchases, one opened bottle is eligible under our satisfaction guarantee.  If your order included multiple bottles, any additional bottles must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

To request a return, email contact@wwwkinora.com with your order number.  Returns must be approved before being shipped back.  Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.  Include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders must be canceled before the next scheduled billing date.  Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.  First subscription orders remain eligible for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for return.  We cannot accept  products that have been substantially used, emptied, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund was approved.  Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.  Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
